When starting to work with new clients we start by collecting email and phone number. We then send a list of questions to be answered, this is so we know what you want from your vacation. Once we have answers to the questions, we will call and discuss what their ideal trip would be. We discuss tours, budget, best time to go. When we have the trip worked out we gather all the information we need and confirm the trip.
